An attractive addition to the IG range, Steel Woodgrain doors provide all the performance benefits of IG Original doors with the extra visual appeal of realistic timber texturing.

Supplied primed ready for site finishing, Steel Woodgrain doors provide the natural beauty of timber with none of the disadvantages. They are constructed in exactly the same way as IG Original doors - two 24 gauge galvanised steel surfaces permanently bonded to a rigid polyurethane core and glued around timber stiles. So they will not warp, bow, split or rot and have a thermal insulation value four times that of timber doors (see here for specification).

Suitable for both new build and refurbishment applications, Steel Woodgrain doors can be matched to almost every type of dwelling by the use of a wide variety of glazing options (see Decorative Glazing) and matching sidelights. Door units can be supplied with a range of IG standard ironmongery (see Locks and Lever Furniture and Door Furniture) or customised to accept individual specifications. IG Steel Woodgrain doors are supplied as complete systems, consisting of doors pre-hung in frames fitted with weathersealing components, to ensure maximum effectiveness with minimum site labour.
